In 2007, Yamaha came out with the Grizzly 700 that provides fuel injection and optional EPS (electric power steering), that has been getting great reviews.

As with other Yamaha ATVs and Side-by-Sides, the Grizzly EPS is assembled in the USA to meet Yamaha's exacting standards for durability and reliability.

The 2016 Grizzly has an all-new, more powerful DOHC, 708cc, 4-valve, fuel-injected engine with optimized torque, power delivery and engine character for aggressive recreational riding. Peak power is up six percent compared to the previous Grizzly 700, and torque rises nearly ten percent.

The Grizzly 450 has a plush seat design with full-sized floorboards and oversize fenders. Front racks hold 88 lbs., rear racks 176 lbs. with 1,322 lbs. of towing capacity.

UNDERSEAT FUEL TANK: An optimized 4.76-gallon fuel tank is located under the seat for excellent mass centralization and improved handling.

As with other Yamaha ATVs and Side-by-Sides, the Grizzly EPS SE is assembled in the USA to meet Yamaha's exacting standards for durability and reliability.

Powerful engine

Big power lies at the heart of the Grizzly 450 IRS. The liquid-cooled 421cc engine o ers the kind of low-rpm torque needed to get the heaviest loads moving. In addition, Ultramatic® transmission supplies engine braking to your ATV's driven wheels especially on steep, downhill working areas.

400cc are adult-sized ATVs and average around 405 lbs. 450cc ATVs weigh approximately 520 pounds, however, there's a weight difference between sport and utility versions in this class. The average 500cc ATV is 630 lbs and a typical 650cc ATV is around 635 pounds.
