- You should still deglaze pressure cooker after sautéing but it won’t have as many issues with this better liner.

This is a recipe we have been making for years and not only does it just have 5 ingredients but takes only about 15 minutes to cook!

If you do want to start absolutely from scratch you can. You would refer to our Instant Pot chili with dry beans instructions. You have to cook just the 15 bean mixture first, drain, and then cook again with the additional ingredients to make.
