Non, il faut corriger comme si-dessus.
Crier sur quelqu’un (pas dessus).
Sauf si l’on dit «elle lui a crié dessus».
Concordance des temps : elle a crié (passé composé) … parce qu’il N’AVAIT pas RAMENÉ ce qu’elle lui AVAIT DEMANDÉ (2 x plus que parfait car c’est antérieur au moment où elle a crié).
Il faudrait aussi remplacer «ramené» par «rapporté».
Ramener quelqu’un.
Rapporter quelque chose.

"elle lui a crié dessus" : juste
"elle a crié sur quelqu'un" : juste
c'est ça ?

Elle a crié sur lui n’est pas faux. On dit juste plus naturellement elle lui a crié dessus.
Les deux autres sont effectivement correctes.
