A complaint can be made within 2 years from the date of purchase. The complaint should be made immediately, not later than within 2 months after the defect arose. To observe this time limit, you just need to send the products back within 2 months because what we take into account is the date on which you posted the parcel.

The information that the parcel was received reaches our Customer Service with some delay. To get to know whether the parcel has arrived, check the tracking number and contact the carrier that you chose to deliver your parcel. When the complaint is processed, you will receive a notification to your e-mail address assigned to your order.

Your complaint will be processed within 14 days. When the complaint is accepted, you will receive another notification to your e-mail address. At the same time, we will return your payment to the account number which you used to pay for your order or which you provided in the complaint form (please, wait up to two days until your account is credited with the payment). If you sent the parcel to us on your own, after a few days we will also reimburse you for the cost of sending the products back.

After each status change, you will receive a notification sent to the e-mail address provided when you were placing the order.

The order processing time is from 1 to 2 business days. You also need to add the time needed to deliver the order.
