I QUIT.Yes, I am taking an exit from advertising,After spending some time with myself and analysing things, I realised that, in the long run there's no stability in this industry, aur isme ek job milne ke leye toh pucho mat kitne dhakke khane padte hai,Aur saal do saal baad tumhe baar baar switch karna padega because of the toxic work culture and some other reasons,Also, the chances of getting into a toxic workplace is always higher in this industry, agar acha workplace mil gaya toh tumhara naseeb tum long term tik sakte ho, baaki sab toxic hi milenge jitna maine experience kia hai ab tak,Jaha tumhara poora juice nikaal dia jayega, you will lose yourself, khudki strengths bhul jaaoge, you will doubt yourself, they will make you feel you are not good enough,I switched my career in Oct 2021, tab se leke aaj tak bas struggle hi chal raha hai ek achi job ke leye,Ha recently maine ek jagah join kia tha par waha bhi wahi same haal tha, I quit that within 3 days,Aur job bhi long term ke leye nahi ho rahi, kuch mahino mein kuch na kuch issues ho hi rahe hai, ghar wale soch rahe hai ki mein kar kya raha hu life mein,I'm just 26 but zimmedariyan already bohot jyada hogayi hai, maine socha tha jo chiz pasand hai ussi mein kaam karke sab thik kar dunga par zindagi tumhara plan kabhi successful hone nahi deti,Aur jo meri mental health kharab hui hai isme, yeh pata nahi ab kab thik hogi, therapy bhi leni hai par sala paisa kaha hai utna,Ab bas bohot sara Paisa kamana hai aur sabse pehla kharcha therapy pe karunga,Ab aage kya? Creative industry chod raha hu par writing nahi. I will keep trying to post on LinkedIn and Instagram kyuki writing hi mera passion hai,Next job? Next job toh hogi par creative field mein nahi retail shop pe like my other marwadi relatives.Lastly, I don't know If this decision is right or wrong, par filal jo phase chal raha hai mera isme mujhe yahi sahi lag raha hai, baaki ab sab bhagwan pe chod raha hu mein.P.S- Yeh mera experience hai, tumhara alag ho sakta hai.#kailashparmarwrites #advertising #thoughts
