    4.9% ABV, 25 IBUA moderate malty balance with biscuity, caramel notes and a touch of roasted dryness on the back end.

  • Dizzy Deer (West Coast Double IPA)

    8.3% ABV, 73 IBUAn American style Double IPA bittered with Citra, Cashmere and Idaho-7 hops presenting a floral and citrusy aroma...distinctively hoppy with a medium body, slightly sweet and mildly bitter finish.

  • Strawberry Fields (American Wheat Fruit Beer)

    4.8 ABV, 7 IBUA harmoniously balanced wheat beer with a distinctive strawberry aroma and moderately high carbonation. Low hop bitterness with a light body and fragrance results from a week long infusion process of strawberries into this American-style wheat.

  • White Hurricane (White Stout)

    7.1% ABV, 24 IBU Medium body with notes of vanilla, coffee, molasses, and chocolate, with Lactose added. This beer was named for the deadliest storm that hit the Great Lakes in 1913.

  • Blueberry Kolsch

    5.5% ABV, 17 IBU German-style beer in the American light beer tradition but with fresh blueberries added! A clean, crisp, delicately-balanced beer with blueberry flavor and and slight hop character resulting in a smooth refreshing session beer.

    5.2% ABV, 17 IBU German-style beer in the American light beer tradition. A clean, crisp, delicately-balanced beer with very subtle fruit and hop character resulting in a smooth refreshing session beer.

  • Cape Brusader (Scottish Ale)

    8.7% ABV, 22 IBUA rich, malty, and caramel-sweet beer fermented with Edinburgh yeast to enhance the flavor of a strong Scottish Ale keeping it in the Wee Heavy tradition.

  • Ma Barker Birch Beer (Spice Beer)

    5.7% ABV, 9 IBUA classic local recipe, this brew derives from the old G-man & Gangster days here in Garrettsville. Legend has it the "public enemy era" mob-mother was gunned down whilst having a recipe for hard birch beer on her person. This smooth and refreshing beer has rootbeer and birch beer extracts, milk sugars and local maple syrup.

  • Schwarzbier Collaboration beer with Little Mountain Brewers

    4.4% ABV, 27 IBU. This was a local Gold medal winner made by Doug Weidermann and is a dark German-style lager that balances roasted with smooth malt flavors and moderate hop bitterness. The beer has a light body, is dry, and lacks harshness and burnt aftertaste.

    5.5% ABV, 17 IBU German-style beer in the American light beer tradition but with fresh blueberries added! A clean, crisp, delicately-balanced beer with blueberry flavor and and slight hop character resulting in a smooth refreshing session beer.

    5.7% ABV, 14 IBU - Citrusy and refreshing, this Belgian Witte style features coriander and Curacao Orange peel with a light crisp finsih. Signs of the White Walker are indicative that Spring is coming...

  • Kaleidoscope Eyes (Raspberry Seltzer)

    5.1% ABV, 0 IBU You read it right, we are doing seltzers now too! This crisp, refreshing hard seltzer is made with natural raspberry puree, malt extract and sugar.

  • Cinderella's Coach (Pumpkin Ale)

    6.9% ABV 35 IBU This Pumpkin Ale starts with our easy drinking American Pale Ale and adds to it pumpkin puree, brown sugar, molasses, pumpkin pie spices, and vanilla extract for a nice Halloween treat.

  • Krystalweizen (German Wheat)

    5.1% ABV, 10 IBUOur Hefeweizen which has undergone a centrifugation process to remove the yeast and wheat proteins which give it a clearer color and lighter flavor. Particularly noted for its low hop bitterness and balanced malty sweetness, this refreshing wheat brew is a fruitier milder version of its’s sister beer, Hefeweizen.

    4.6% ABV, 22 IBU Northern English Brown Ale is a malty, brown carmel-centric British Ale. The medium-low bitterness brew is light with moderate malt sweetness and toffee, nutty and light chocolate notes

  • Barrel Aged Caped Brusader

    4.9% ABV 18 IBU *Limited* Small batch Barrel-Aged Caped BrusaderA rich, malty, and caramel-sweet beer fermented with Edinburgh yeast to enhance the flavor of a strong Scottish Ale keeping it in the Wee Heavy tradition.

  • Raspberry on Nitro (Cream Ale)

    7.4% ABV, 16 IBU This was brewed in collaboration with Little Mountain Brewers Club. A sparkling cream ale with maze and raspberry puree for a slight tart flavor, now on Nitro. It has low hop bitterness and a higher ABV. This is not your father's Genny!

  • Milk Oatmeal Stout

    4.8% ABV, 26 IBU Flaked oats and dark roasted grains provide flavor complexity of nutty, grainy or earthy flavors. Slight sweetness is derived from added milk sugars (lactose) and silky texture from Nitro.

  • Munich Dunkle Lager (Drunkle)

    From Jolly Scholar 4.9% ABV 15 IBU This is a traditional Munich Dunkle bready and toasty with mild notes of caramel. Not very sweet, low bitterness with loads of malt.

  • Kal's Second Harvest (Farmhouse Belgian Bier)

    Garrett's Mill & Brewing Co. with Noble Creatures Collaboration, to benefit Local Food Banks5.8 ABV, 12 IBU Traditional Belgian Farmhouse Bier with Belgian yeast and oak-keg conditions - the Brettanomyces yeast yields a rustic, funky brew with dry hopping.

  • Garrett's Gold (Kolsch) - Barrel Aged

    TBD% ABV, 17 IBU - Whiskey barrel aged, german-style beer in the American light beer tradition. We took our Garrett's Gold and aged it to provide additional complexity and alcohol content.

  • Browne Eyed Girl - English Brown Ale

    Roasty brown ale that has United Kingdom grains making this a bready/toasty ale. Bittering was done with Noble and East Kent Golding hops for an earthy, tea spicy aroma.

  • Hazy Deer (New England IPA)

    6.9% ABV, 40 IBU New for Garrett’s Mill Brewery is our restrained bitter New England style IPA (NEIPA). This unfiltered beer displays its characteristic haze and smooth body from suspended proteins using flaked oats and wheat with highly aromatic, Columbus, El Dorado and Loral hops and aggressively dry-hopped with El Dorado and Loral.

  • Joe Porter Main Street Joe (Coconut Coffee Porter) - Limited release

    6.2% ABV, 20 IBUA traditional porter aged in a secondary fermenter with pure vanilla, coconut flakes and Sumatra beans.
